TO&FROM is a London based design studio founded in 2016 by Indian interior designer Somya Singh, and Dutch product designer Bob de Graaf. Having each come to the UK to practice in the design field, they met through work in London. Their homeware pieces blur the lines between sculpture and practicality, with each item reflecting a unique journey and individual personality.
The studio's first collection was a series of marble platters and pedestals created in collaboration with artisans in Jaipur, India in a dialogue that combined aspects of Dutch sensibility with Indian form languages and a hand-on approach. It was immediately selected by Ilse Crawford for a special portfolio of pieces at the Tate Modern.
