Friday Link Pack N°52

Hello there—I hope you've had a wonderful week so far! We've been in Lisbon since last Friday—I was last here 10 years ago and it's as magical now as it was then. Old-world beauty, stunning gardens, lovely cafes and restaurants doing really interesting things with food: If you haven't been, I highly recommend a visit. Oh—and the people are so lovely and warm!

If you're in the mood, here are some interesting things to read—and watch—from around the web:

/ This recipe took me straight back to my childhood. My mother made this delish dessert very rarely and so it was always an incredible treat—the combination of crispy, sweet and milky was just so satisfying! This over-the-top-version looks SO amazing and I'd love to try it!

/ We take having a place of our own so much for granted: This unusual and moving home tour explores a young artist's first studio of her own and her childhood growing up in a single bedroom apartment—shared with a family of five!

/ Ikea's new limited edition SJÄLVSTÄNDIG (Swedish for independence) collection simply blew my mind. In the words of Chief Designer Maria O'Brien "Independence is something that liberates and radiates confidence - that should be the beauty of this collection and that's it. " I highly recommend taking a look and watching this great video that presents the philosophy and products in the collection.

/ If you'd like something warm and funny for a night in, I recommend Nappily Ever After. It's light-hearted but touches on some pretty heavy subjects...Tiffany Haddish does a great—and very convincing—job!

/ Beautiful: "They say all cynics are eternal romantics Who've loved, lost and never found again"

Have a wonderful weekend!
