The cacao in this single origin bar comes from Kerala, a region famous over the millennia for its spice trade. Featuring organically certified cacao grown by a co-operative of small-scale farmers in Kerala, this bar has a slightly wooded flavour and notes of mild pepper, red berries, coriander, leather, light tobacco and very low acidity. Vegan and gluten-free.
