How does your shipping work?

All our orders packed with a lot of care and are shipped from Frankfurt, Germany with DHL standard service within 3 working days. We'll send you a confirmation email and a tracking number, if applicable, once your order is on its way. We ship internationally, and the 19% VAT is not applicable for purchases made outside the EU. It will be removed from your bill as soon as you enter your shipping address at checkout. You'll find an overview of our shipping rates here.


Can I send my purchase as a gift?
We’d be happy to send your purchase as a gift, with a gift note in place of the receipt or a gift receipt without prices. We don’t offer traditional gift packing, but all our parcels are lovingly packaged, in a gift-worthy manner. On the cart page, please use the ’Special Instructions’ box to indicate that your purchase is a gift, and/or include your note to the recipient. Double check that the recipient’s name and address is included in the ’Shipping To’ field in the checkout process. If you've already placed your order,  and forgot to include the gift instructions, please contact us before we ship your order and we'll change it. 


How can I pay?
We accept credit and debit card payments, as well as those through Paypal and direct bank transfer. If you should have any questions regarding your payment, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.


What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchases as much as we do! If you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date and the original sales receipt must be present. The items must be in original condition as purchased, with tag and seal still attached and should not have been worn or used. Please follow the process outlined in the information pamphlet sent with your parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of returns, so you will have to pay for the return shipping.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s account. Please note that if the returns do not comply with the above requirements, we will be forced to return them to you at your cost.

What if I've received an item damaged during shipping?
Each order is packed with a lot of care and we take precautions to make sure your order reaches you in the best condition possible. However, if you receive any goods in a damaged condition, please get in touch with us within 5 days of the delivery date and we'll send you further instructions.
