Returns
We hope you love your purchases as much as we do! If you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us. The items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and the original sales receipt must be present. The items must be in original condition as purchased, with tag and seal still attached and should not have been worn or used. Please follow the process outlined in the information pamphlet sent with your parcel. We do not not bear the cost of returns, so you will have to pay for the return shipping.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s account. Please note that if the returns do not comply with the above requirements, we will be forced to return them to you at your cost.

Refunds
Each order is packed with a lot of care and we take a lot of precautions to make sure your order reaches you in the best condition possible. However, if you receive any goods in a damaged condition, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery date via hi@indiangoodscompany.com and follow the process outlined in the information pamphlet sent with your parcel to return it.

We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.
