Delivery & payment detailsEach Chandan-Whittle piece is an ode to India and its heritage, a celebration of the colour and chaos intrinsic to life there. For founder and designer Kam Chandan-Whittle, this is a chance to honour her family’s Indian roots whilst celebrating local artisans and their handicraft skills. This striking cushion can completely switch up your room: layer it on a couch or use singly on a bed. It features a delicate feathery pattern in teal, yellow and white and is hand screen printed by a womens’ co-operative in Karur, South India, that ensures fair wages and economic independence for its workers. It is finished with beautiful, handmade ties that end in multi-colour tassels.

Born and raised in the UK, Kam Chandan-Whittle was always curious to learn about her Indian heritage. The vision for her colourful designs was born as she longed to discover not only her heritage, but also relive her childhood memories and learn more about her parents’ lives growing up in India.
